If he wants to go, then fair enough he's given us 7 great years..
However if the parasites from Madrid want to try and offload their rejects on us with a greatly inflated valuation, to try and get him on the cheap, the club should tell them to feck off and stump up cash.

I suppose there is valid reasoning as to why they call themselves Real mad rids.

Totally agree Brummie. A transfer ban would stop that happening and they'd have to pay cash. And I'm not bothered about keeping Kovacic. They can have him back if they think they're getting much out of us for his services.
I don’t see why Real need Hazard. They’ve already got Vinicius Jr in terms of a dribbler with a limited end product.
Real need to get Mbappe or Neymar if they want to challenge Barca in La Liga - while Messi remains there.
They need Hazard because they're garbage by their standards at the moment and need players to help them get back to something approaching what they've been in recent years.
Personally I suspect they might try to get both Mbappe and Hazard this summer. Probably why they're trying to get Hazard on the cheap because they'd have to stump up ridiculous money to get Mbappe.

Agree strongly with all of the above.
So the question is Superb, does Hazard really want to go there,to his dream club ?. If he's sensible, he will stay well clear for 2 years at least, because RM are a shambles at the moment and even ZZ is getting tetchy in tv interviews.
Screw your loaf Eden and stay with your REAL.... dream club, CHELSEA.

Agree with this. Hazard is undoubtedly a great player but it makes more sense for Madrid to get Mbappe or Neymar, from a footballing and financial perspective.
Only real reason i can think they'll go for Hazard is the relatively low transfer fee, compared to the PSG duo.
It's easy for real to say that want him but they need to pay up. Fact is they aren't the power houses they were financially, even with crazy revenues, due to debt.
Compared to the PL income it's hard for Real to compete when they need multiple players and want the best.
It's sickening but tapping up people to drive the price down is their only option but I think Chelsea should play hard ball. Fcu k em I say. Chelsea won't but they should simply ask for that Brazilian kid and 100 mill.
Keep him for the last year or ask levy sums. Simple

Also he might even decide he wants to stay at the club and sign another contract with us in summer 2020. Stranger things have happened.
---------------------------------------------------------
As unlikely as it may seem you can't rule out the possibility he decided to stay months ago and he's trolling everyone.
The guy just couldn't give a f*** (in a good way) and he trolled like mad before signing for us in the first place. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest to hear the news he's signed a new contract out of nowhere

Would be quite fitting if he signs a new deal alongside Odoi and we have our best transfer window for years at the period we couldn't make a single signing
Completely unrelated point. I noticed a familiar face in Slavia Plague's squad just now, Miroslav Stoch
Ah the days when he was the golden boy prodigy from our youth, what happened to him?

Same as every other kid of the time - we wouldn't play him!
Bit of a trailblazer that kid. Was our first real successful loan out, now it forms the entire fabric of our business model
But what happened that he's wound up playing in the Czech Republic in his late 20's? I thought he was slightly overhyped but not to that degree, and last time I checked he was doing well at Fenerbahce. Been plagued by injuries or something?

I like the optimism DA.
Sadly I think he'll go, but at least unlike Cuuntois he won't disrespect the Club, will always have legendary status and will leave with our best wishes. He played a very significant part in many of our recent achievements which no-one can take away from the Club.

I don't remember Di Santo in that game, but my memory isn't the greatest.
I seem to remember Stoch scoring one, making one and generally looking a threat in his brief time on the pitch.
Youd think after a performance like that a manager would be tempted to give them more game time to see if they could produce regularly. Not the way it works at Chelsea though.
Di Santo headed it down for Belletti to level and think he may have set up Lampard's winner aswell.
I say headered down, headered across goal is a better way to explain it.
Hazard has always stated that hell not screw Chelsea over so if he knows hes going why not sign an extension with a clause that says if real bid for him he can leave if Chelsea get his market value not on the cheap. Everybodys happy that way.
I fail to see he doesn't go really, - minimum criteria we make the CL...possible, not definate.
Then there's the spectre of the transfer ban, he won't want to be surrounded by the inferior players he has around him for another season..(we all know who)
His performances this term will ensure we get very well paid for him
