Sterling for me, VVD is good, but if referees did their jobs properly, Pool would be in the chasing pack with Spurs, United etc and not receiving nearly as many plaudits.
It`s easier to be part of the best defence in the league when the refs refuse to award any penalty kicks against you.

Between the Liverpool Centre back and the wee Man City winger.
Whoever wins the league will swing it towards their player.

Sterling and VVD both had brilliant seasons, so can understand reasons for voting for either. I can’t understand saying that City without Sterling wouldn’t make a difference, B.Silva is great as well but a completely different player and on the wing usually plays on the right. He would not get as many goals as Sterling

Sterling wouldn't have scored as many as he had without Silva.
Silva had been they're most influential player in terms of creating chances/goals this season with De Bruyne being injured for half of it.
Pretty sure I read somewhere that Sterling is behind Hazard and Salah in the goals scored/assists stats this season.
Which is poor given how much City donate possession and games, and the amount of chances they create.

Van Dyke in my view should go to Real Madrid and play for them. He’s going to get better there than playing in his current team.
Just look at his other defenders around him, Matip and Lovren??
Should do while he’s getting rave reviews

I hate to say it but it is VVD by a country mile. Look at Liverpool’s defensive record before and after he joined, he has completely transformed the defensive line of the club. Liverpool spends circa £200M this Summer and honestly think if they spent nothing they’d probably be in a similar position, so good are VVD’s performances.
