I don't believe United players will hand it to city at all. However they almost certainly will lose because they're a poor side in comparison.
It's a real shame if City do win it again as they're a joke club but Liverpool still have a chance IMO. City look like they could drop points somewhere unexpected
Think city’s united game will settle it. It they beat them i think they will win the league. I thought they may draw today, and think the united game will be a similar result. A nervy but close victory for Man City. For Liverpool it’s a shame this match didn’t fall when Man U had their bounce after Mourinho left, because in that mood I’d fancy Man U to get a result. But now with the ole feel good factor gone, I think their players might not play to their full extent again this season.
I don’t see either city or Liverpool dropping points again from here out. So city will just pip Liverpool. Fair play to Liverpool even if that does happen. With all the riches of city from whatever happens now, you will have ran than much closer than most would think
This united will bend over for city is a load of bollox. Just comes from paranoid RS fans.
Also seems to a lot of bitterness towards city from rival top 6 clubs fans, the way I see it is that all top 6 clubs are owned by billionaires, makes no difference where the money to bankroll each club come’s from.
To me football is just business nowadays, fans mean absolutely nothing to clubs. Sad times.

Most of my family are reds so I’d rather Liverpool won league than any Manchester clubs. I have good banter with local Liverpool fan mates, but the plastics on here like neo and deadinthehead are proper cringe. No connection whatsoever to the city of Liverpool but seem revel in the fact Everton are 💩

In a way United being on this poor run might help.
There was definitely a chance they'd be less motivated if they were still in the CL and were comfortably top four but now OGS back and the players backs are up against the wall again. Surely they'll be fighting harder than ever
I think every game for either side now will be pretty challenging, it’s such an intense pressure knowing one poor game and that could be the title done.
Cardiff are going to be a lot harder than people think. I don’t expect city or us to blow anyone away until the end of the season, it’ll be all about who can hold their nerve best.
Sadly think city will just hang on, but if that’s the case it will still be a brilliant season for us.

Have to agree with this. It's likely every game from here will be a nervous slog unless either side takes an early 2 goal lead.
Liverpool have been better so far this season than any prem winner bar City last season. Just crazy that it's likely that won't be enough to actually win the league.
Scruttocks
I think there could still be a sting in the tail yet. Could be city trying to nervously hang on to a 1 goal lead against a Leicester or Burnley that invites pressure on and leads to a late draw.
It’s gonna be an intense run in, i just really hope we can dispatch Cardiff tonight to keep the pressure on city heading into the united game where they know they have to win. Hopefully united beat Everton too to give them a boost before city
Liverpool have been brilliant and would be deserved league champs, no doubt. But Chelsea won the league with 93 points a couple of years ago, whilst not even being an all time great Prem Chelsea team. City won it with 100 last year. The points total has never been less relevant. The league has never been less competitive. So points tally isn't relevant. It's about winning the PL as it is. Being less bad than the rest, not necessarily being better

This is a load of bollox from a paranoid BS.
It's obviously not coming from Liverpool fans. Its coming from quarters that don't want to see us win the league.
United won't roll over for City. How limited we are may well be shown by our performance at Goodison today though. Arsenal and Chelsea have both lost there recently and there's nothing in our recent performances to expect we won't go the same way.
Regardless, when we play City, I'd like to think we'd give it our all. The only issue is that I think half the players in our squad have been going through the motions since SAF retired. Getting a performance out of them is always a lottery

Reminds me of '95 and Blackburn. I was only 9 years old and it remains the only time I've been in tears at the end of a game of football. For all the conspiracy theories, Liverpool went out and beat Blackburn and it was our own inability to win at Upton Park that cost us the league that year

rattled aren't you.
yeah Everton are crap, exiting Goodison and singing blue moon after you draw v us.. pathetic.
United will draw with City.
But Wolves will win at Anfield 1-0.

No it doesn’t
It comes from United fans saying they don’t want to win the City game because we will win the league.
Reread that. The players themselves aren't representative of the select fans you've chosen from a sample you haven't disclosed, are they?

Thing is, if man city beat man utd, it would always be said that man utd bent over.
By both sets of fans actually.
Which means both sets of fans think man utd can get something from that game, so let's have it then!
You know that United won't roll over. But if City end up with 14 wins in a row, you'd rather claim it's a conspiracy than go back to when Klopp was just too "mature" in Jan and was too cautious to put City away.
think you guys have to beat cardiff first, very very tricky game
City still have a lot of hard games, brighton won't be easy either or leicester, leicester defo capable of getting at least a draw and city are due a few dropped points and a wobble, if you boys can get past cardiff then you should win the next two comfortably and that will pile the pressure on
City looked drained yesterday, just did enough to win the game. Another showing like that against Itd they’ll most certainly drop points. City have the experience to get over the line. Pool still involved in the CL won’t help them in the league i.e. could potentially slip up against one of the teams squashed in between the Barca games
Today is the decider for me, if you can beat Cardiff who are fighting for their lives then I can’t see any of your remaining fixtures troubling you. And I think you will actually drop points today.
It’s about time Cardiff were in receipt of a couple of dodgy decisions going there way
Hopefully Colin will be smiling this evening
