Congratulations Sheff United and Norwich.we have played some great stuff at times but you have been more consistent and made smarter investment choices and timings than us.

4 massive teams and I think whoever wins up will survive in the Prem as all 4 will invest and try to establish themselves

It's gonna be 180 mins of torture if it comes to pass.

Norwich and Sheffield Utd will both come straight back down next season. No way will they survive. Leeds and Villa are both bigger Clubs with a lot more Legacy and pulling power to at least have a great chance. WBA are a pointless yo yo team but will still have a better chance of stopping up over Norwich and Utd.

It's the toughest playoffs I can ever remember and a Leeds V Villa Final is as big as it gets. As a Villa fan I couldn't call it.

My son-in-law's a Villain, I was telling him you'd make the playoffs when you in mid-table .. didn't expect you to be on a 10 match winning streak and didn't expect us to be missing out on automatic promotion, tbh

We really need to win this to guarantee third, I've a sneaky feeling Ipswich are going to rise from the dead and take a victory over Leeds down to the FL1 with them ( last match, home match )

May the best team win, and may that team be Leeds United!

I think that's right, I don't see Sheff Utd or Norwich surviving next season, maybe Norwich at a push. But whichever team goes up via the playoffs probably has the best chance. West Brom arguably have the strongest squad in the Championship (as do we), Leeds are a big name and could attract some decent players, Derby have the Lampard factor and seem relatively ambitious. If we go up, fingers crossed, I think we'll show enough ambition in terms of transfers, we just need to get them right. The Prem is tough but there are a fair few mediocre teams in there who Villa should be finishing above.

Not sure what will happen today, I'm hoping we play close to our strongest team as we need to keep momentum going and if we do end up meeting Leeds in the playoff final a win today would give us that extra boost. Unfortunately Abraham is out, but we should be able to field a strong team other than that.

Leeds have had injuries this is true, but I think we've had worse. Grealish was out for a third of the season, Abraham is now out, we've had our captain Chester out for half the season, Tuanzebe our other centre half has missed a lot, and we've had injuries to our goalkeeper. I think if we hadn't had such long-term injuries to key players we'd be very close to finishing in the top 2.
