Back home. 430 mile round trip

Worst I ever saw at pride park was when we lost 0-3 to Doncaster, such an abject, pathetic display, I never left games early but that day I walked out on 60ish minutes when their 3rd goal went in.

You will smash West Birmingham and then do them again in the final.

Leeds are shot to pieces and Villa cannot raise themselves against West Birmingham, always tending to freeze.

Good morning And! Nothing is sure in football. But this one is more sure than most. Boro will win it and we need to win at PP on Sunday.

Boro not forced to win but I wouldn't rely on Rotherham doing us any favours. We played well at Swansea against a team which has proved hard to beat on their own pitch since the new year. No reason why we can't outplay the baggies.

Still think Rotherham can be awkward buggers when playing at home

Need to do something on Sunday that we have done very seldomly this season:

Get six points from one team.

Check-out how many teams we have beaten home and away this season, (you don't need many fingers).

I didn't need to check Scouse. West Brom is our chance for number three. Three teams have done the double over us this season, Leeds, Villa and Millwall.

Number four I think Spart, so far we have "doubled-up" on:

Reading
Wigan
Hull

Adding west Brom would be just perfect.

Oh yes, forgot about Wigan as I was away at the time.

Thinking that we have succumbed to the double to Villa, vile and viler.

Also it's no good moaning about dropping 2 points last night when we lost at Bolton and Rotherham FFS.

And 6 points to Millwall, cue 700.

Should've could've got more points from some games but we've sneaked a few aswell here and there. Nothing to be gained by trying to pin a season on any particular fixture when there are 46 of them. We haven't done well enough over the season to be comfortably in the play-offs so we are in knock-out mode a week early. If we don't get sixth we haven't deserved it. Wet Bum is a very difficult fixture. If they beat us and Leeds lose they finish third which no doubt they would prefer. They have plenty of decent players so if we play to our best and don't get past them then fair enough, I won't be all that disappointed in our season. Just give it a really good go though.
