Doesnt leave us too many options - Davies for Rose may be, Dier at CB, Skipp in the CM somewhere.

It's not like players need resting as we have no game for a while but more likely to get injured if not fully recovered from the SF.

so after a hundred years of basically nothing, spurs finally reach cl final in the most dramatic fashion, and two days later the excitement has already died down

what is the point of being a football fan?

plus countless other finals.

So that works out at an average of say one trophy every six years over 100 years, which is not to be sniffed at. Something United will probably get nowhere near in the coming 100 years, if the current trajectory is to continue.

Well we all know Spurs will not play like they did against Ajax, may just get over the line against Everton, but not expecting a champagne display. But as long as they get the job done, then performance does not matter that much.

I am thrilled with the result mate, but it is only a semi-final. I usually reserve total excitement for when Spurs actually go on and win trophies.
