He does seem really happy at the moment. Read a review that he may even extend his contract.
Looking at his previous teams, including Dortmund, this probably is his best ever team to be fair. The front three are mint, four of the back five arguably world class or approaching it and the midfield solid as fvck with no little talent.
Good man Klopp! I hope he does extend his deal further.

The “we almost matched City” trophy
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wumming aside, what would you be saying about your Spurs side and manager if they’d gotten 97 points and finished a point behind City?
I’m reasonably certain you wouldn’t be calling them bottlers or coming out with ‘you get nothing for second’ or such lines....

But but but it can’t be his best side. He won the league with Dortmund in a far weaker league, but that doesn’t matter, because I’m simple and don’t understand these things, and being this simple means I can carry on laughing at Liverpool without realising I’m making myself look like a complete imbecile on a daily basis
Hard to say really. I'd say we're his most complete team in that we have all components that make a great side.
Although that 2013 Dortmund side is probably Klopp's most perfect team taking into account his philosophy as a coach.
What a match that would be between those 2 teams
I'm glad he's grown as a coach though. We have a totally different manager to the one at Dortmund.
Op. I’ve just read the article again, and I’m really struggling to find the part that makes you suggest he may be over confident??? Can you help us out please?

It's more to do with the timing of it. Klopp playing the psychological game. Boost his team by saying how good they are. They are invincible. Unbeaten (almost!) whole season.
Spurs have been written off. We are playing the unbeaten (almost!) team of the season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now that makes sense. See, you're getting better by the minute!

Sizzle, do you actually read these articles you post.
Klopp is talking about player availability now that Firminho is fit for Saturday, and says “I’ve never been part of a final with a better team than this”. He isn’t directly saying this is the best team I’ve ever had.
Another out of context headline.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Man gtfoh with your logical sense and comprehensive understanding of words being put together to form sentences and shiiit.
We don't need that here
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Em, yes we do. Now go away and concentrate on that Europa Cup thingy. That's if you are in it of course.

What record might that be?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well it's not a record I want but highest points and least wins without winning the league.
Fact is 97 points is a better achievement. It's not really up for debate.
I really actually care tbh. Win Saturday and I'll be ecstatic and thats about it.

The highest total to finish runners up, and the third highest total in the history of the PL.

Oops. Dont really care that should say.
True. The CL win will really turn what is a really good season into a great (and for Liverpool a legendary) season and will certainly do this Liverpool side justice for their efforts this season.
Just one more hurdle to go.

And does it come with a trophy ? nah didn't think so. Will be forgotten in time, nobody remembers who came second, including the record books.
When people check the highest points total by any side in the PL, they'll come across this Liverpool side in the top 5
Records hey.
