Kane is just another in the long list of players that gets slated because they are so good.
Kane is England`s most natural goalscorer by a countrymile, anybody thinking otherwise is deluding themselves.
The animosity between supporters of the top teams when England play is ridiculous.
Reading English match threads on here you sometimes get the impression some fans want the players from their rivals to fail just so they can have a pop.
I never particularly liked Roy keane but once he pulled on the ROI jersey he had my 100% support
Oh and Marcus Rashford, who is supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread, has been around in the Prem for like four seasons now, and has scored the exceptionally large tally of precisely 27 Prem goals in those four seasons.

A lot could be to do with the tribal nature of English football. I didn't like Rush at LFC but always supported him for Wales and no one cheered more when he scored a winning goal against Germany. The smaller nations can probably put their differences aside quicker.

Fair point diafol but my point still stands. The way some go on is hilarious
Rashford has scored more goals than Kane had at his age. Will turn out the be better than the fraud Kane who is finished
I don't understand why you think that way OP?
Maybe a handful of minority on this forum, which has creepy trolls all over infesting the forum.
The genuine fans hold high regards for what Kane has achieved in the game, having won a ballon d'or at the world cup and scoring 20 + goals every season consecutively
No other striker can claim to have score that many every season while playing in England
Rashford always flatters to deceive in big games.
Kane also holds the play up very well. Other strikers cannot do the same
He has this old type of striker attributes combined with clinical finishing

Who is saying Rashford is the best thing since sliced bread?
He has taken a hell of a lot of stick and clearly there is room for improvement. At the age of 21 he has scored winning goals against Chelsea, City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs and scored on his debut in the Premier league, FA cup, league cup, CL, Europa league and internationals. Not done too bad as of yet you crusty old feckwit
Lots of jealousy out there ! I think the simple answer is that for club & country there's a feeling that Kane plays when he wants (which is basically all the time) coz he's got such a great attitude. Some might see it as selfish, I think it shows a great level of commitment ! Biggest problem with Kane is that he needs protecting from himself. Gets hurt too often making tackles he doesn't need to and in the case of the CL, he made Poch's decision difficult by declaring he was fit and ready to play (increasing all the hype). He could have just said "i'm getting there" allowing Poch to start Moura (who deserved to start) allowing Kane to come on with 35 mins, giving everyone a lift and adding something a bit different. Sadly the CL was all too predictable, Liverpool saw it coming and kept us at arms length the whole game

Bitter much
It’s really weird, people despise the guy for no apparent reason other than the way he talks/enjoys playing football and scoring goals. They also forget how good of a footballer he is tbh
Recently I can say spurs fans have been similar
Kane is a fantastic footballer and I like him. Will break Shearers record for England imo
Dele Alli on the other hand. Don’t rate him at all, little ponce and I wouldn’t get tired of punching his face

Kane has been treated very well by most parts, rival fans will hate him regardless of what he does because he's a rival.
The recent 'hate' is more down to him playing in the CL final, when he clearly wasn't fit and didn't warrant a starting place over Moura.

No the hate goes back further, he scored the most goals at the World Cup and English fans couldn’t stop belittling the achievement

I think on the whole Kane is generally quite liked, even by rival fans (unless any of them want to argue otherwise).
He's had a bit of stick, like the goal claiming incident at Stoke but on the whole nothing bad.

That should be down to the management to decide whether he plays, I dont think the player can be blamed.
I am not saying that is your view btw.
