I have no issue with his age and if cost £20m he should be signed. Even if we were to able to squeeze 2 years out of him so be it. He is class.

I think we have plenty of youngesters in the squad especially in the spine like Romero, Skipp and Kulu with Sess too. Bents and PEH have yet to hit their prime years too.

I have no issues with signing class older players. As a club we always look to the future but forget about the now. I think if a player like Koulibably comes around we should go balls deep for him.

Look at Chelsea when they signed Thiago Silva at 35. They went on to win the CL with him.
