The reason people feel underwhelmed is cos all the good stuff came at the start.

Ziyech comes in and its a 9 or 10/10 window for me I reckon.

Lenglet and Spence as the only incomings in the key positions that needed strengthening most... Yeah it's no better than a 7 for me, dragged up from a 5 by Bissouma and Richarlison.

You never know though, Lenglet and Spence might turn out to do really well in which case this comment will age terribly
