Long ting

Fack me was nice having him anyway.
November is good going for an ACL rupture, just pray that he returns to the player he was
Yeah I'd be surprised if he's back by then. Fingers crossed obvs.

Never gonna happen but I want us to buy 3 CB's this summer. One to cover Romero too. The way he plays he will either get injured or suspended.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed!
Gutted for Bentancur, we need to find a replacement
I reckon we'll go for Maddison

I’d take that

Only just seen this...maybe Conte had a point
Spence needs a couple of years to work on his defensive side, has everything else to be a top right wing back
Seems like they're playing him at RB in a back 4. Remember when we all decided Doherty was dogdirt when Nuno had him playing there? Yeah that for me.
From the Jeff Vetere story it has been revealed that 22-year-old goalkeeper, Kevin Mier of Nacional is one of the club’s key targets.
He was sacked as a scout for going on TV in south america revealing our targets.

Winks actually playing football. We might get a fee for him yet
#Tottenham are increasingly confident of securing the signature of Wilfried Zaha in the summer. @iamrahmanosman
Alessandro Bastoni’s future. His agent met with Inter board today to discuss the contract extension as current deal expires in June 2024 🔵🇮🇹 #Inter
🚨 His agent Tinti says: “More meetings will follow. He’s Inter fan and he wants to stay, so fans should not panic at all”.
Take him and Gvardiol off the list.

thfc are in advanced talks to turn Clément Lenglet's loan from Barcelona into a permanent transfer for a fee of around 14 million euros (£12.3m).
Tottenham's internal reports on Lenglet are excellent on a personal and professional level. And the left-footed center-back market is very expensive, so finding a defender with his experience is difficult. [@sport]
Cheap option. Joke club

In reality that's a good deal. £12m for a sub centre back with pedigree is decent. He's also not been that bad.
The only issue I would have is that he's only been tested in a conservative five at the back, where mistakes are often rectified by the sheer weight of numbers covering. Can he play in a four, particularly if the next manager likes to play a high line? It does seem a bit daft to be signing players with no idea who the manager will be.
He would be useless in a back four as he was at Barca and even though he decent on the ball, his defending is well suspect. He has no pace either.
My feeling is that the club see it as a good deal rather than a player to rely on. This will go down as a player easy to shift for a little more than they paid. It's an investment rather than squad upgrade. That's why they've done it with no manager in place.
Seeing as our DoF is not allowed to be in advanced talks and our Chairman is dealing with several crises, I think it's safe to say that report is not true.
Regardless though we should not be singing Lenglet - Davies is better, more versatile and a bigger presence in the dressing room. Keep him and sign a new starting LCB.
There have been other reports of us signing a youth attacker from Man City and I saw another one yesturday regarding a young left sided CB from Germany I think.
There are other people at the club who can make signings. Levy just has to sign them off. He can do that remotely.
Apparently Levy is in Asia at the moment

Signing academy players and signing first-team players are two entirely different things though. I'd be very surprised if we were doing any serious work on the first-team squad right now with everything that is going on. We don't have a manager and have a DoF halfway out the door
