I just think that us not having signed a CB yet is pretty fair enough. We've got a fair few deals through the door - and its not exactly as easy as it is in Football Manager like people believe.

If a new CB doesnt get signed, then yes that is bad. If a CB gets signed late (even more reasonable considering new manager wanting to evaluate squad and late season finish due to WC)

Which is fine. But we're not every single club. We've been a CL club in ages. We've paid the most for our managers. We pay proper big wages and ask proper amounts for tickets. Just because other clubs are doing rubbish doesn't mean it's ok if we're doing rubbish.

I'm not one for moaning all the time as you know. If this were a CAM we were waiting on I'd probably agree with you Edin. But this CB situation has been sheit for actual years now.

But we are trying, aggresively according to reporting, to sign a CB.

Again, its reported, if you want actual ins and outs of what the club is doing behind closed doors then this isn't a conversation worth my time.

We didn’t need A centre back, we need two centre backs and not getting one of those already is mis management.

Let’s remember we didn’t even get the manager we actually wanted either on top of all the other stuff.

Like bales said above it’s not just transfers it’s everything to do with the club that’s got a lot of people who are normally more calmer annoyed.

The club is a mess

We can only talk about what's in the press though. If you want to imagine we're doing good things then no, discussing them on a forum isn't worth our time

But whats been talked about in the press is our pursuit

Of.. ? VDV nothing for weeks. Tapsoba nothing for weeks. Ibanez? Seems Roma don't need to sell and we were lowballing them anyway
