He joined Juve in 2020 and Paratici joined us in 2021 so he must have been involved in his Juve transfer. Sell Richy and bring him in. Let the Don cook

We signed Santiago when he was 16 from Celta Vigo. Nothing usual about Juve signing an english youth team player.

I'd struggle to think of any other U18 English players signed abroad (apart from the one Hengy referenced)?

In Goodfellas, Paul "Paulie" Cicero, who was the Don did cook in jail. He peeled the garlic with a razor.

But in The Godfather, I don't believe Don Corleone (RIP) did. He was from the old country. Michael learnt how to cook by Clemenza but not sure if he actually did cook after becoming the Don.

Nah, that's the only cooking scene I recall in 1&2.
I get the reference now though.

Jamal Musiala signed for Bayern aged 16 from Chelsea. Eric Dier signed for Sporting from Everton I think.

Noni Madueke signed for PSV from Spurs aged 16. There are others from Spurs who left at a similar age but haven't done as well as Noni.

New Jersey Dons can because they have no respect for the game.

Even if you got one decent DC that would help the rest of the season and beyond, that would give you 3 at least you could rely on and if one was missing you'd still be sorted

Losing your two best like you have won't happen too often

And you know what, Davies played really well on Saturday. He covered Dier's space at times. One more CB and Davies until the end of season would be ok. Wiyh VDV and Romero obvs.

Phillips seems to be stuck in the middle. Doesn't play for the U21's but trains with the 1st team.

He should go on loan if we do buy a CB.

Yeh heard a fair bit about Philips from some Spurs fans and that is pretty much where they are with him, looks good but maybe not ready atm for first team games?

And aye, thought Davies was fine but Dier looks like he is gone and will cause you trouble moving forward, one new DC, of a decent level should see you sorted, very few teams ever have 4 top class DCs so that mix should be more than enough
