Ouch. I had high hopes for him, looked mustard in Forests promotion season and not a whisper about attitude issues. The fact that bald fraud Conte publicly denigrated his big career move to us probably didn’t help his confidence, and it’s been all downhill since then. I’ve watched him a few times for Leeds and each time he’s been played as a left back, having to cut back every time he gets forward. There’s definitely ability there, but Ange has a vision and a mission and obviously won’t take any prisoners, which can only be a good thing. Poch had a similarly ruthless start to his tenure and created a solid group of his own - probably then going the other way and being too chummy and having favourites.
