It looks like Tomiyasu was our alternative if we failed to get a better RB. Arsenal who were looking at Emerson have done the same.

Seemed like a solid signing tbh, I wonder if it was all part of Paratici's method of typing up multiple deals at the same time but Emerson was seen as a better prospect

Currently looking like Tottenham Full-Back FC. If Spurs can't get right-backs out the door & complete the signing of Emerson, they'll have seven first team full-backs on their books. Can’t imagine Wolves selling Traore and Neves on deadline day. Given the choice, I’d rather have Neves as he adds something different to midfield.

As they are on the verge of signing Renato Sanchez, Neves would seem to be the more likely of the two.

Good to see Kane no way near the ball when it came to free kicks around the area against Watford.

Though the efforts from Dier and PEH were no better.

Neves And the right back would turn this into a good window for me.

It's not even like he's a championship quality player or something though, if a top flight side got him for €10m it would have been a good deal for them
