Dier - £50M

posted on 18/6/19

I know prices have skyrocketed but if we got £50 Million for Eric Dier I would send an email to the club demanding Levy gets a statue outside New WHL immediately.

Would rather not lose Rose. Not sure about Dier.

Aren't we trying to improve our home grown ratio if anything?

Selling rose

So spurs are going to sign players on the cheap but flog their players for top dollar?

Love the close season me.

To be fair to us, we've been doing exactly that pretty well for a while now.

Don’t think it’s neccessry to sell Rose who has been back near his best. Or Dier, who is a good utility player (£50m - no chance).

Would rather sell Aurier, Lamela and Wanyama who don’t make you list than those two.

Also hopeful we will keep Toby another year. Realistically we need to spend £100m net this window to have a hope of competing for the title.

Out:
Lamela - £15m
Wanyama - £15m
Trippier - £20m
Eriksen - £65m
Janssen - £5m

£120m

In:
Ndombele - £63m
Lo Celso - £70m
Wan Bissaka - £50m
Sessegnon - £25m
Clarke - £12m

£220m

Net spend: £100m

Would be my dream window.

Yepp that pretty much covers mine too. I would however like to see either Llorente back in the fray or another more 'natural' replacement for Kane when he is unavailable, but I doubt this as I think it's well known that Poch likes a more fluid type of forward such as Son.

I don't think Dier for £50m is that hard to believe anymore considering what other players are valued at. He's a young English player with international pedigree. Levy would look for that sort of price for him.

I dont think anyone in the prem would pay 75 mill for Erik, let alone 100+
Rose and Dier wont go for anywhere near them amounts either and All the players listed will cost more than you think....other than that spot on

don't think you should go after clarke at all. he's not very good.

We all know Ed you pay £50m for Dier

Dier could go for £50m if he was good and another club wanted him.

Your valuations is way off what the club values certain players

For example:

If United come in for Eriksen then the club will say £130m.

Trippier will only go to a foreign club for £20m otherwise, let;s say the club wants him out, which is what I feel they do want, then we are talking about even the possibility of him going on loan or less than £15m.

Wanyama is not up for sale. I haven;t seen anywhere this is mentioned. How much will we get for him? Well, his injury ravaged season will bring valuation down, but who knows?

I don't think Wan Bissaka is worth it at £50m. I first saw this player when he was very much unknown and thought he'd be a good player to get - unfortunately, his worth has gone up and rightly so but £50m?
Let him go to Old Trafford, and we'll see how he copes with bigger crowd and pressure

I'd rather go for Bournemouth's Brooks who is young and very promising and HAS proved himself at this level -

I'd also go for Doherty (Wolves).

Not everything that glitters is gold

Judging by the valuation the op is putting out there, you’d want brooks for £22.50 & a bag of pickled onion monster munch.

If Spurs can ask £130m for Eriksen, Bournemouth can ask for £120m for Brooks.

Think eriksen and toby will stay tbh

Honestly at this point I'd be happy with

Ndombele
AWB

Anything else would just be icing
