And you say we’ve done nothing for 30 years.. we are an institution and nothing’s been handed to us either.

The support, the passion, the lengths that fans go to and the effect it has cannot be bought, never mind stage managed and replicated.

But, how is it that no ground replicates the special and unique European nights like Anfield?

Anfield is synonymous as special and unique.

So let us know about this sense of entitlement if you can back it up, if you prefer to slink away that’s understandable.

Liverpool european nights are not synonymous with special or unique, sorry to be pedantic but it simply isn't true.
There is a great atmosphere however.
And I hope my club doesn't get called an institution, I'll settle for football club.
