Toss Pot.
Dismantled team then goes.
I wish him nothing but bad luck
Maybe he will make s move for 25b
Beware the Pheonix! That's if it only gets a 1 year contract!
Firstly I would like to wish all the players, manager, coach that have moved on all the best in the future, regardless of circumstance.
To the players and fans of @drfc_official its important we do what we always do,stick together, work hard and prove the doubters wrong...From No 26!
Wouldn't it be interesting if the board went for Nigel Adkins, he has got a very good record on this league. Plus if he took us up and Hull got relegated, justice all round.
Aparantly it was Nigel Adkins that recommended GM take over from him at Hull. Can't see he thought it would be a job swop.
Bookies have Darren Moore as favourite, Richie Wellens second
Bookies have Darren Moore as favourite, Richie Wellens second. My pick David Flitcroft
If fat evans gets the job it will be very hard for me to keep going to games
I have no real issue with GM leaving - if you'd rather be somewhere else then better to go - but it's not great for the players he has persuaded to sign for us this summer. Richie Wellens seems to have made the opposite decision - returning loyalty to his current club whilst admitting he would love to manage Rovers one day. Admirable, I would say.

Do they know something we don't, or are betting sites just behind the curve? Despite ruling himself out, on many lists Richie Wellens is still in the running. Steve Evans is evens favourite, which must delight the Gillingham fans who never wanted him. (Less of the fat by the way. I'm fat but i like to think that is the only thing we share.) Not that it matters but I would favour Appleton, who I think we could get, or Adkins, who I suspect wouldn't be interested. Both have done well in crisis situations which, sadly, we are now in.
He's gone down in my estimations big time has McCann. Fair enough go on to bigger and better things but the latter is certainly not that I'd be associating with hull city.
As Lanza says he's dismantled the team, come out in the papers and spouted off about loyalty and even Andrew and Butler had a couple of interesting emojis on there Twitter pages moments after McCann had left. More to it behind the scenes players and management so it seems.
Ideally we need someone in before the end of the month. It would just be nice to go into a pre season without the disruption of a takeover or managerial change!!
Roy Keane is the latest rumour added to the bookies list.
It will be an ex Rovers player but not Wellens!🤔
Hes a time traveller too!

If we can find £12m per year we can have Benitez
There are similarities to what happened to a certain ladies team not long ago.
I don't think Hull could afford him Hound.
If Darren Moore really is in the frame at Derby I think we can discount any further interest by him in Rovers.
Azza mate, Hull have a couple of players that they are bandying around as available which could bring them in around £15million.
I think that would be more than enough for them to buy players like Whiteman and Marquis and still have plenty left over.
If McCann then manages to get Wilks and Kane on loan he would have a quarter of our team from last season, players he knows and trusts.
I wouldn’t think he would be against it.
The Hull owners would be happy enough as they are keen to get the £50million back that they have loaned to HCFC.
Hound, from what I've been told by a couple of big city supporters, what ever they make on players is theres. They want their money back and have already stated that they will not be putting any monies forward for players. So until a new buyer comes forward, Snakey will be on less money there, than at Donny.
Plus I've heard Wilks has signed for our 6 fingered friends down the road.
In one respect I have confidence the board will pick a good manager. Hope they've learned to alter his contract so the same doesnt happen next year. Any word / rumours on a short list? Might be too big a step up for Dave Challinor.
There won’t be a short list prepared until after close of play today, the cut off time for applications.
Stephen Robinson from Motherwell?
He's got The Oldham connection too!
