You have had this conversation with several people you keep doing the same rubbish all the time.

Let's look at an example of a part of a plan.

Ole wants to play a certain style and bring in certain types of players. Now if he were to get sacked, all the things he wanted and has been implemented so far would be wasted. In order to avoid that, there should already be a list of managers who would be able carry on and possibly improve on what he has done. The namesof the list should contain managers who are known and not. Those with big reps and improving reputations. Their jobs and progression should be followed. So when (and it will be when) Ole is sacked, we will be able to see which of those on that list would be attainable.

Woodward is unlikely have done this going by previous appointments. It is why we need someone in between him and the team of scouts and coaches/manager and any other footballing group making the decisions.

Now you can dismiss this and we all can carry on thinking of you as an idiot or/and a Wum.

So you want to employ someone to scout potential managers.

That is going to be an easy job given the pool of managers capable of managing such a huge club, being successful whilst being happy to have their style of play and squad deciding for them will be tiny.

1.No where did I say we should hire someone to scout managers. What I said is that this would be part of a plan. How it's implemented is up to the person in charge. You someone how did 1+1 and got 7.

2. You then said that's going to be easy (sarcastically) considering how many managers can manage such a large club, ignoring the fact that I have said we should be looking at established and up and coming managers and keep an eye on their progress (something a DOF might do as a part of his job).

3. Their style of play nor the squad is being decided for them in my comments. You cannot point to it as I don't say nor come close to it.

It's why we see you as a liar. You constantly lie in here. You make up tunings about what people said when they have said nothing of the sort.

If English was your second or third language, you might have an excuse. But it seems you're saying it isn't. And if you aren't a liar then you are an idiot.

I have understood it. The fact is you thought there was more to what you said than there was.
