This was why some people were campaingning some time ago that food vouchers should replace cash benefits.

Really not. Unless it was utterly stupendous, in that enough to buy me a mansion outside London by a distance (a stunning home country village distance) and a chauffeur to drive me everywhere. Then we’ll see...
