Slim Rafa won titles and major trophies at major clubs

He wasn't even that slim at Liverpool!
He's one of very few managers to prove he can do a good job with top clubs and with 'lesser' clubs.
His time at Newcastle was extremely successful considering the constraints he was under. It was more impressive than some of the odd domestic trophies he's won in the past.
Depends on how you want to define 'achievements', but given your manager hasn't won a trophy yet, I am sure you don't believe that trophies are the main barometer of achieving success. I'm assuming you don't believe Roberto Martinez is a better manager than Poch?
Maradona his a walking heart attack and Manager.
Most footballers get fat after they finish, Ruddock,Merson,Maradona,Hanson.
They have been eating healthy for years and are know enjoying the bloating stage..

Just check out some of the 93-94 vids to see how he is a leader of men.
Hughes and Cantona to name a couple you wouldn't like to control. Schmeichel as well.

Poch wasn’t slim in his Southampton days, was pretty porky! He’s lost a lot since being at spurs though.
