Pretty unlikely I would say. You have to make up a good few points on us from where you were last season, and I think we'll get more points this time around, as I can't see us lose 13 games again. Think Arsenal may do better too.
Other than yourselves when was the last time one of the non-traditional big teams broke into the top 4?

The mistake you're making is basing it on previous seasons, instead if what you've seen this season. From what I've seen Leicester are the third best team. They are actually playing like a team whereas Spurs and United aren't.
