You've got to consistently be a dominant/significant driving force to get that kind of money of you ask me. People like De Bruyne, VVD or Salah...

We would have to be insane to agree to that (if true).
So, I’d like to be the first to congratulate Paul on his pay rise.
How did he manage to come to the conclusion that he should be worth £600k a week?
He's still having trouble trying to make his worth of his measly £290k a week wage.
He's effective when he can be bothered.... But he simply isn't worth £600k a week - great or not.
This would snowball into another Sanchez situation, which we have tried hard to eradicate from the club.
That £600k weekly wage could pay for 2/3 top players.

That's the problem. Often, the 100 - 300 K wage bracket supposedly meant for quality players out there has been ill spent on misfit players here.
Considering how we are trying to carve out a more youthful long term future. This 'news story' somehow doesn't fit into the narrative of the club's on field strategy of today.
Pogba may be in search of a payrise, but with all parties concerned - 600k isn't in the discussion.
