Don’t think you’ve quite understood the question. Think he meant more physically imposing and intimidating on the field of play.

Opposition players were literally scared of Lomu, and this is extremely rare in rugby. I remember one of the Underwood brothers up against him, he may as well not been on the pitch, was just swotted aside. I think it was a mismatch whenever he stepped onto the pitch.

I was lucky enough to see Lomu play back in 1996. Absolute legend and unlucky to never win a World Cup.

He wasn't 185 kg.....

What do you think he was, a sumo wrestler?
Try closer to 115.

I also met him in a town called Camberley once, he was in a restaurant I was in. He's pretty big yeah.

He was 120kg but could run 100m in 10.8 seconds. Whenever I used to see any Rugby coverage I remember him as he stood out.

Bolt is the same. He was 6ft5 so much taller and bigger than other sprinters. All that low centre of gravity advantage thrown out of the window. Also he wouldn't just win, he would destroy other sprinters. He was a freak.

I think it was more a case of Bolt being so superior to everyone else, whereas other players were physically afraid of Lomu.....

This guy was pretty damned impressive.

Flat track running speed of an olympian, with a very impressive body mass
