The Outer Worlds is phenomenal and hilarious!
From the makers of Fallout New Vegas (by far the best Fallout) it's almost like it's sequel
It's like a cross between Fallout NV and that Firefly TV show
Love that you can choose to be a d!!!ck to everyone you chat to or just be a nice guy
You mention Resident Evil 7. Did you play it VR, if you enjoyed, then VR takes it to a new level.

I'm finding it fairly boring. Played it for two hours.
Does it get any better?
Agree with the OP too, doom and God of War are probably the highest rated for me.
Both games were almost perfect.
Just bought Witcher 3 on the PS store for £7 so if it's got anything on RDR2 I'll be playing it a lot this winter.
I've been playing Witcher 3 recently which is very good. Can't believe I didn't platy it earlier to be honest.

Hey Amiga
I don't have VR at the moment - waiting for the next gen version tbh. I've read a lot of your stuff on it and it does sound appealing, I just think it'll be v2 or even v3 that really helps it kick off into the mainstream.
I can imagine horror games like RE are awesome on it though!
Witcher 3 is a funny one. On paper, it is my dream game - huge, open world RPG with fantasy setting; tonnes of lore and history; well-crafted storyline; and doesn't shy away from the R-rated stuff.
I just haven't been able to get into it all that much. Had it since launch and its one of the only games in my library that I haven't finished...maybe I need to do some reading about the lore / story to really get invested in it.
That's one of the reasons God of War, Shadow of Mordor, Final Fantasy etc. are so easy for me to get into as I know the vast majority of the world and its history.
Might try it again!
I did struggle with the story at first on the Witcher, but solved that with a read on the storylines from previous games on Wikipedia.

Wouldn't argue with your reasoning, but if you enjoyed Resident 7, Wait till you play it in VR, takes it to a whole new level.
Might pick up Spiderman, still not played it.

Deffo recommend it, Mike. Such an easy game to pick up and play for an hour or so.
Graphics are awesome and the story is fun. Not quite difficult enough, for me, but I suppose it's supposed to accommodate a younger audience
Wouldn't bother with the DLC, personally.
Cheers, yeah I figured it would be a nice one to get to make the most of my new TV and upgrade to the PS$ pro recently, plus the dark long nights and a bit of time off over christmas!
Any word on Days gone? I was mega hyped for it years ago when it was first shown, then it sort of took ages to be released and came and went with a whimper? Worth picking up for £30?
Days gone is one that has me interested. Reviews were ok, but anyone who has actually played it seems to really enjoy it. and has actually sold really well.
It's a game i'm looking at, which is rare these days, as most my gaming is VR.
I’m still retro binging at the moment, just completed Tomb Raider 96 now onto number 2 .
