It’s been a group that’s turned UEFA rankings on its head for the most part. Besiktas went in as top seed, then Wolves, then Braga then Slovan. But Besiktas are yet to get a point, Wolves looked in trouble when they lost at home to Braga and Slovan opened with a 4-2 win against Besiktas. Wolves will have turned things around if they win on Thursday, but Besiktas will need to win their last three games to stand any chance of qualifying for the knockout stage

Can anyone please advise me as to which pubs allow away fans in please. I have some Sheffield Utd mates coming to the game in a few weeks and they have asked where they can have a safe drink.

Wolves have a pretty good info guide for away fans on their website nowadays. The away pub info is on Page 9.

There's about 170 tickets left for Thursday's game at the moment, all in the Steve Bull lower tier

Never sure whether there is anything in these stories but Pedro has fallen out of favour at Chelsea as they pursue the idea of playing with kids and that appears to be working well. He is therefore looking to leave but wants to stay in the Premier League and has, so the story goes, expressed an interest in joining Wolves.

Wouldn't usually say its a good idea to sign a 32 year old but he is likely to be available for £4m and Moutinho turned out to be a good signing at a similar age

Pedro would be a good signing for 18 months. Would definitely give us another option in the front 3. I've yet to be full convinced by Neto to be honest and think he would probably benefit from having someone like Pedro around. Jota and Traore would probably benefit from his experience too.

Just read that Matt Doherty is ok to play tomorrow

Would be interesting to see how fit and sharp Pedro still is after spending time on the sidelines, always though he was a little bit inconsistent as a player, saw games when he'd do nothing then next be a bloody handful. Although we don't really lack for experience, he's got it in bundles, been there and done it at the very highest levels and you can see from what Moutinho has brought, that's priceless. And yes would be a great mentor for Traore, not sure if they were ever at Barca together but potential for a close relationship there.

Agree with you about the inconsistency and I remember watching Barca games when he did very little. Although it was very easy to be overshadowed in that team. Been impressed with him at Chelsea though and would prove to be a decent squad player I think. And if he is available at a low cost then I’m sure he would be worth the outlay

Surprise last night when Jordan Graham came off the bench for the U21s when he had only recently gone to Bulgarian team Lokomotiv Plovdiv on loan. Evidently there was a problem with his Fifa clearance to play in Bulgaria and Deslandes who was on loan at the same club has come back too

Still the case that Wolves have lost more points than any other team in the Premier League as a result of decisions changed after VAR reviews. Biggest gainers have been Leicester and Palace

I see from the video of the final traing session before the game that Ryan Bennett was training with the squad so fingers crossed that he available too

Just as long as they're not still in town tomorrow night, they should be alright.

I was in town last night actually, big bus pulled up outside the Hogshead, out staggered 30 odd coffin dodgers all headed for the theatre... slowly.

(Which is actually where I was going too )

Will expect a slightly livelier atmosphere tomorrow evening... later today in fact as I type
