He’s a good manager, and he will see it right if given the chance.
Your problem is the owner, more fixated with a vanity stadium resplendent with a golden parrot on top than providing support for the players Poch needs. Sadly you probably won’t need to get rid of him, he’ll eventually vote with his feet.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This. The bald one is the biggest problem at the club.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep, Poch has worked wonders with what he has done for Spurs, and to put up with Levy`s penny pinching ways for all these years.
We need £150m spending on the squad at least, but Levy is too frugal for his own good.
You could see the quality of players like GLC, Sess and Ndombele midweek, even if we were playing a weak team. Let's be honest, GLC and Ndombele were played today and it didn't quite work for them, but it's going to take time for them to be at their best. All transitional periods take time, and I agree the period between the Belgrade game and today's wasn't enough.
I still believe we have it in us with Poch to get a run going. Next 3 games are winnable again.
He’s got my support until the summer.

The league is shot now. We aren’t getting anywhere near top 4, fack Europa, and we aren’t going down.
Should just put all our eggs into the FA cup basket and see how far into the CL we can go, it could be our last time in it for a good while
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's why I laugh when people make assumptions we will be in champs league every season because we have a new stadium and a stand that makes noise.
sad to see but if the players aren't passing at the tempo the manager wants then it's down to hi to coach it out of them.
Top draw full backs are key. if not top draw then ridiculously rapid. we need full backs that run at defences and make the pitch wider.

Spurtle, we have had winnable games all season mate and all season we have let leads slip and look disappointing. We ain’t winning a game all year.

Unfortunately, that`s what happens when you are in transition / rebuilding / trying to get players out / replacing players.
It’s like being back in the 1990’s poor performances looking at best a mid table side.
Something has to be done and soon defeat at West Ham in 2 weeks will surely cost poch his job.

Poch has told everyone for last two seasons we need to be brave there are difficult changes to be made.
Baldy didn’t help him.
That said what the f is going on. Are the players who want to go stinking up the place? Poch seems out of ideas and players have regressed. Sad times
All this nonsense of players taking time to transition does my nut in.
Spurs are the only team in the world who seem to give a player a year before playing them.
Other teams throw them straight into the mix and have no problems.

We will win more games. Unfortunately we are going to have to be patient. Like Billy says we're rebuilding, and had we done a few more pieces of the rebuilding earlier on, then we'd probably still have kept our quality levels up but the bald fraud allowed things to go stale for too long and now too much has to be done.

Those 4 defenders are not good enough on the ball or at passing out from the back under pressure, time and again today they gave the ball away under the press.

“Now it’s about creating another chapter and to have the clear idea of how we are going to build that new project. We need to rebuild. It’s going to be painful.
We cannot live like we lived in the last five years — on the perception side and on the reality side. We achieved a lot of things, we overachieved maybe. Because of our ambition and the way that we work, we’re here now in a very good position.
But what next? I cannot guess because it’s a club decision. What can we expect now? One question the other day was, ‘is the depth of the squad not at the quality of the new stadium?’
If we start next season talking about that, nothing good is going to happen in the future. The perception and the feeling are not going to be right.
Can we repeat [our achievements] next season? I cannot guess. When we finish the season, I think it’s a moment to close a five-year chapter, to analyse, to talk a lot and to give the real value of that period. It was amazing.
The problem is: what do we want for the next chapter? Now we’ve finished the training ground and the stadium, what does the club want to achieve in the next one, two, three or five years and what are the fans expecting?"

Nobody seems to have mentioned Kane in all of this. He's been underperforming for a while now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm always mentioning Kane mate. He isn't what he used to be as a striker. I'm not even sure he'll get a hat-trick for us again as ridiculous as that may seem.
Poch knows more about the issues than any of us, he's not deluded.

Yep, but we don`t have another out and out centre forward to deputize for Kane, only wide forwards who get shoved up front. Another moment of myopia from our illustrious leader.
For the record OP, Sheff United are not a championship side, they’re 6th in the PL
The stupid commentator today said he thought Kane still hasn't recovered from the virus cause it's "most unlike him". No, it's been like him for the past year.

Fair play to them they're doing great and deserved the win today but would be surprised if they arent in the championship in 2 or 3 years.
Spurs wont get relegated but we are in serious trouble of midtable
