Imagine a Mourinho meltdown at Spurs. It’d be like Chernobl.
Imagine Mourinho trying to convince Levy to spend £80m on Harry Maguire ffs, Levy would have a stroke

Eh? Mourinho would be pleading with Levy to give Toby and Verts five year contracts.
The thing is, Mourinho would probably do quite well with your current squad initially. There’s enough players with the right profile for his set up, and many of the players would probably respond well to him. A few good signings and you’d be ok.
It’s what comes in season three with this squad that’s the problem.
I said before he'd definitely paper over the cracks for a while but then he'd self-destruct and we'd in need of an ever bigger rebuild than we are currently
Plus he's a total caaaant
Yeah and the shiiiit football.
I do think if Levy was bold, and could convince Mourinho to go there, it could lead to some tangible success for Spurs. It’s all well and good building and rebuilding but sometimes a club does need to to take that jump to go that bit further. Otherwise you end up like Arsenal were for ten years.

He’s a good manager, and he will see it right if given the chance.
Your problem is the owner, more fixated with a vanity stadium resplendent with a golden parrot on top than providing support for the players Poch needs. Sadly you probably won’t need to get rid of him, he’ll eventually vote with his feet.

I think this guy has got it right.
Levy & Lewis should sell out to an owner who will back Pochettino.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh give it a rest Ted, Pochettino is finished at the club, give Pochettino more money to waste, I think not. He has to go mate. Booed off again today, and the performances are getting worse week on week.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sandy .... you go from ecstatically positive to depressingly negative in 30 secs flat.
Sometimes you sound like a dog that's running around in circles trying to grab its own tail.
Perhaps its YOU that needs a rest, Ole Boyho?

Not true Ted, I have not been happy all season. However I have often predicted that Spurs should be thumping newly promoted sides like Sheffield United. That they are not is not down to me being depressed, it is more down to the manager and the team being absolutely useless.
Far be it for me to have a pop at supporters, but any supporter trying to defend the car crash that is currently taking place at WHL, I think may perhaps need to give up watching football.
Results so poor and Poch still has the highest win percentage of spurs managers. He is that good and has been let down for too long, it’s just a lot of you can’t see it. Embarrassing.

Nope, the only thing embarrassing is our form. No away win in the league since last Feb is embarrassing. Getting thrashed 3-0 against Brighton is embarrassing. Failing to beat a shocking Watford side at home is embarrassing. Being 13th in the table is embarrassing. You don’t even know the meaning mate.
I do know the meaning, I am just humble enough to remember we are Tottenham and just how Kack we truly were before Poch took the helm. Remember how much we celebrated HR getting us 4th with a team of VVD, Bale and Modric. Poch locked us in the top4 and got to a CL final.
Embarrassing is the fact we didn’t spend a penny as a ‘top’ club on a player for near on 500days and we fans expect the team to continue to improve. Or even more embarrassing is that our chairman has been unable or unwilling to convince 3 of our best players in recent years to sign new contracts. Maybe if he didn’t low ball the earlier offers the contracts would never have been a issue in the first place.
But yeah all Pochs fault.

I’ll keep posting this link. For all the ostriches.
I don’t disagree with you about Levy, but the form the last 8 months has been nothing short of embarrassing. Pochettino’s team selections have been very questionable. His interviews and his attitude in the summer extremely strange. He is also to blame for this mess we are in because the management has been so poor.
Any manager would be that why having received the backing Poch did for the backing he ‘earned’ that was never fourth coming. Or rather a half hearted backing 500days too late.
