What's the gap at the top now Ivan?

Watched the game, devoid of quality and the ball likely would have been two paracetamol at half time.

Dorrans was awful, says a lot that he now can't stand out in the Scottish championship.

Thought Shankland looked a class above everyone else on the park, i'm impressed with how well he's improving.

The boy Apere, i think? left wing for United, hopeless, how does he get a game?

First half was absolutely rotten but second there was only going to be one winner. The fun never laid a glove on United first shot on target about 70 mins. McPake interview was funny, nothing between teams all game. Interviewer you never had a shot on target till 70 mins. Em em em silence. The fire drill in the Derry is always good to see.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

McPake looked like he was needing to go on suicide watch after the game. He looked devastated

I'm not sure that's what those players needed in that dressing room to be fair - they needed someone to go in and boot their balls.

Apparently in the hospo back at Tannadice, Connolly was telling people that United left the dressing room door open so they could hear us celebrating.

He's a better player than he showed on Friday. If he gets a run up front he'll do well for us.

It was his all round game mate, his touch was abysmal and he seemed to always want to run into Cammy Kerr

United are shiiite but we are shiiiter. United will either lose Shankland in January and struggle the rest of the season but probably still win the league, or he will go in summer. Either way they will have to make big improvements in summer to be able to compete in the Premiership. We will eventually finish 2nd and lose to St Johnstone in the play-offs.

I think getting played out of position has damaged his confidence. Still a young boy though and I'm optimistic about him.

Because you said you were in row A above the dugout and you were the only person who looks like you there.

I was indeed wearing DUFC gloves except they were black (with tangerine DUFC written on them). I did have a bright tangerine tammy on though. It was cold.

My tammy can be seen in its full glory at the start of this video with photographic evidence that my gloves are primarily black.

It is all well and good but you do realise that with those gloves on, you were producing next to no sound when clapping your hands. You therefore played next to no part in the making the players feel appreciated for their efforts. They may well take confidence in to the next game, but unless they were all looking directly at you so could see you clapping, you can take no credit for any sort of boost your team has got from the applause they received. Imagine if everyone was just clapping with gloves on. It would be silent. Sometimes you just don’t think things through.

As you'll know, applause has been banned from Oxford (or Cambridge, I forget which) and is being replaced by jazz hands instead, because clapping can make people feel upset or aroused or something, so therefore by making no noise I was being extra supportive of the players as per one of those really smart educational institutions.
