It was simply unsustainable with his record since January. The stats are damning. No manager in world football would surive that poor a record.

I have already forgotten him.

I read on twitter that 2019 spurs have lost more games than any of the top 6 pl seasons,in a calendar year. 18 I believe. That includes some of utd and arsenals crapper seasons, chelseas 10th place season, city when they were not so good.

And we still have a month and a half left of the year.

Didn't word that very well. But basically this year spurs have lost more in a calendar year than any of the other big boys have in any calendar year. It looks around what, 30% of your games this year?

Not really mate, he is no longer part of the club I support. I support Spurs, not our previous manager. I remember truly great Spurs managers like Rowe, Nicholson, Burkenshaw. The manager just sacked will not and has not lingered long in my memory. He did an average job for what he was paid for, and won nothing. Why would I have any need to remember him. No more than AVB, Gross, Santini etc.

Yes it’s been bad but half of that was on the back of not signing anyone for 500 days playing in 3 “home stadiums” selling Dembele and not replacing him in January leaving us short while we was going through a injury crisis.

Yeah, but don’t dare criticise the chosen once!

All these little turncoats have despised him for as long as I have.

And we had a huge points buffer (which we nearly blew). Top 2 had gone. 5th seemed impossible. And we were enjoying the CL.

Will admit we’ve started this season how we finished off last.

Yes it’s been a bad start but it was supposed to be the beginning of a new build but levy left poch short plus injuries meant he hadn’t really been given the chance.

After all he did seems abit too cut throat for me but imo levy couldn’t resist the lure of José anymore

What because you don`t agree with me. But then you don`t agree with anybody Sizzle, so don`t take a lot of notice on what you post on football.

Yup - we're rebuilding. We were told about this. Was prepared to be patient. Apparently Levy wasn't. We've gone back to wanting instant results.

poch made some poor decisions but the players haven't received anywhere enough stick.... they facked over the manager that they all supposedly loved

posted on 20/11/19

Yup.

But I think he IS thinking long term for himself / ENIC. I think we'll be seeing a club sale soon after the stadium naming rights have been secured. He'll point to the stadium, the profits, the NFL ties, the contracted income, and now...one of the greatest managers in the world in charge.

Can people please stop saying the champions league run masked the poor form like it was an easy facking achievement.

I very much doubt we will ever get past the quarters in the CL with the special one.

Hopefully the league form will mask any failures in the champions league this year.
