Cheers 2W.
Like to think Waghorn is an upgrade on Bennett. I'm sure Waghorn would like fans to think that too.
He missed a few again, fans not happy with him.
Cocu singing Fozzy's praises.
Says we get a chance to play football on Tuesday.
Chris Martin's lay-off for Holmes (who hit the bar) was worth the entry fee alone. π
Just back from PP.
Much improved and a really good game to watch - for most of the time.
TL had a very good game in the first half but faded somewhat in the second half. Martin was quietly impressive with the service he was given and its such a pity about Shinnie who looked he was taking the game by the scruff of the neck.
Bogle and Lowe were impressive and if they can keep this momentum, the futures bright. Forsyth excelled in his new position.
Bielek continues to grow on me - is he the new Stimac?
Well that was a little better .... thought dooowayne bossed it and should have got man if the match
Anyone questioning squad togetherness and morale need only to witness that performance today to be banished of such notions.
At last we seemed to playing it the right way. First half performance was excellent. Preston should have been down to 10 men and we should have been at least three up at half time. Can’t see how Preston are challenging for romption.
Promotion. Train rocking a bit.
View ... likening anyone to Stimac is heaping pressure on them. Igor was top class. Bielik has a long way to go.
Only if Bielik knows who Stimac is.
"The visitors were a man down for the final 34 minutes after Ryan Yates was given a straight red card for a two-footed lunge on Hungary midfielder Adam Nagy."
Interesting tactic from Forest, there's living in the past but I thought the game had moved on a bit from this, sad to see it resurfacing again, real blight on East Midlands football.
I thought Bellyache looked really good today but Lawrence was the star of the show. If that's what facing the magistrates does for you then Cocu should be giving all the team a bottle of whisky and then sending them out in their cars.
Preston were more physical than Cardiff but for some reason best known to the ref they avoided two red cards and only committed 9 fouls.
Sobered-up yet Spart, (train rocking my ar5e). πΊπΊπΊ
A train is rocking your ar$e?
I didn't imbibe at all today.
Morning all
I was down in the Shire yesterday, visiting family & I got to listen to the majority of the first half on RD. It sounded good TBH.
