No my plan is to stay with him bar à collapse. To help him sign two or three midfielder s of his choice, hopefully one a star and leader, and to see if the team building works, if not appoint someone else. As has often been done in football.

Just Midfielders? Your defence is terrible, look at Grealish’s goal the RB should have been far tighter to him. Maguire needs a defender with pace next to him.

The big issue you will have is that anyone Ole identifies will cost you huge money because other clubs know that United are a soft touch these days and desperate. £80m on Maguire whilst Juve got Rabiot, Ramsay and De Ligt for £70m

Yes it will cost plenty, as it will with any other manager.

2 of the biggest criticisms of Ed on here have been-

Appointing the wrong managers

Spending fortunes backing managers then sacking them and having to back the next one.

And yet, the same people that slate Ed for the above are all for us missing out on 2 very very good, available football managers in favour of spending a fortune on Oles targets, despite knowing that in all likelihood, Ole gets canned next season.

this league is a lot tougher than some on here seem to think. there's a lot of money spread throughout the pl and on any given day anyone can beat anyone.
city have already lost 3 games and liverpool while not having lost have had a lot of tough games.
i would stick with ole i think he's a step up from toxic mo.
