whats the point of sacking a manager without a couple of windows to make the team his own?
this league is a lot tougher than some on here seem to think. there's a lot of money spread throughout the pl and on any given day anyone can beat anyone.
city have already lost 3 games and liverpool while not having lost have had a lot of tough games.
i would stick with ole i think he's a step up from toxic mo.

Weird that you would consider the players so important in a tough league, but apparently think that a manager with Ole's track record is somehow good enough for the job. Sentimentality gets you nowhere.

You're right Winston. Anybody who doesn't see that Ole is the right man for the job is a short termist glory Hunter

Ole is destroying his legacy game by game. He hasn't got a clue what the eff he's doing.

The argument for keeping him is so weak. Those backing Ole clearly have some sort of agenda.

I was inclined to keep an open mind on this, given the evident disarray of club organisation above Solskjaer's pay grade, the uncertainty around how much responsibility the coach, as opposed to the chief exec, should take for the failure to strengthen the midfield in the summer, and the likelihood that any replacement (likely another wild lurch to another tactical plan, rendering previous investments less valuable) would be undermined by the same strategic and structural incoherence throughout the club.
However, when the great minds of 606 - UWW, RDD, the ghosts of Robb and Hippo and quite possibly Stretty - come into perfect alignment, I guess the appropriate thing is to recognise superior wisdom when one see it.
The fact we have made some terrible decisions up to this point and that Ed is clueless does not change the fact this manager is out of his depth and clueless.
Wake up and smell the coffee. we have.....
Ole
Mike phelan
Carrick
running a club the size of Manchester United.
We are sitting 9th in the league after 14 games, winning only 4, Ole has a win record of less than 30% since he took over as permanent boss and people are still saying give him time. Like seriously, take your Ole tinted specs off please.
You can blame the board and players all you want, but its the managers job to get the best out of these players, play the right tactics, coach them to play a certain way to get a result and we can't even manage that. Even Moyes wasn't this bad. Any other manager in the league or even the championship with this bad record would get fired...but oh no, you can't sack a legend. Must give Ole enough time even though he's not he's not shown anything to suggest he deserves it, not here or in his previous jobs.

All the players that were bought, were bought because they did a good job somewhere else.
They turn shiiiit when they come to play for United. This can't be because the players are shiiiit. Its because of the manager. Lukaku was and is banging them in before and after United. Should tell you something.
