Which particular protocol in the WAB do you think will benefit the UK?

Phenom would confide entirely in paragraph 5b.

But what about 5c?

Not the result I wanted to see but it's done now and you just have to hope the UK can try come together and get a brexit deal that works for everyone and can happen with as minimal impact to people's day to day lives as possible.

Unfortunately the government now have a mandate to implement the WAB which will break up the UK and destroy millions of people's lives.

Pragmatism and common sense have ceded to populism.

If Scotland gets their referendum and gets out they will benefit from being in the Eurozone.

England will be worse off when they exit. Corporations don't want to be in a small market like England and will leave to other European countries with a market of 500m people.

England manufactory is dead and don't produce nothing of worth. The only industry they have left is the financial one which is selling a lot of hot air.

Scotland better be in the EU with countries like Germany which is the biggest economy in Europe and France.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

London is basically propping up the rest of the UK, time for London to go Independent. All those voters up North and in the Midlands who think Brexit is going to give them a land of honey, are in for a massive, massive shock.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's exactly what the issue is now London gets a huge amount of funding definitely much more pro rata than any other area in the UK there is a huge disparity in post code locations, but living in London Sandy you dont need to worry about that, Brexit or not London will still get the lions share of funding

posted on 13/12/19

Once we get out of the EU what's the odds on Germany and France following suit? I'd say pretty decent. I wouldn't be surprised if us leaving will encourage others to leave and it's likely that neither of those countries will want to support the rest of the useless countries that currently make up the EU, I mean why should they? What use are the rest of the EU member states? Chocolate fireguards the lot of them. The whole thing needs to be dismantled and I'm hoping it will.

No chance the country will come together, if anything it will get even more divided over the coming years. The Genie is out of the bag now.

London gets a big amount of funding, because it generates most of the money that keeps the country afloat. There is no industry in the country now, without the banking sector, the country would probably collapse. I mean I know places like Halifax and Redcar have gone Tory, but WTF do they actually bring to the table, they literary have nothing going for them, having mostly been destroyed by Thatcher in the 1970s and 1980s.

Boris Johnson once said "a pound spent in Croydon is worth more to the UK than a pound spent in Strathclyde".

If you think Boris is suddenly going to invest in other areas of the country and give them long-awaited regeneration then you haven't been paying attention.

Those mining communities that have turned blue have voted against their own interests.

This is sadly how many people think.

Seemingly oblivious to the fact that if there is an economic downturn in Europe, the UK will be somehow unaffected and immune to the fall out.

Strange times.

Scotland voted for the EU over the UK. Now Boris has to give them a referendum or bend over to demands.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Doesn't have to do either. That's what a majority means. The Scots cannot hold a referendum without parliament approval.

Scotland must feel pretty helpless right now.

I expect it to end up in the courts.

lets be honest. if labour had a leader that was anywhere near electable then this would be a landslide labour victory because the country is a total mess after years of conservative. its just that Corbyn is so much further left than most core labour voters that made it not possible to back him. he is also a caaaant, as is boris, but boris isn't as far right as corbyn is left.

Boris is anything that will get him elected or get his leg over.

It's so black and white to you Sandy, the the reason these areas voted Conservative is for the hope that things might change for them, not saying it will, but these same people knew that voting for Corbyn definitely would not change anything, get out and see how the rest of the country lives

Not being funny Danny, but how have they voted for change, they have voted for exactly the same. The Tories have been running the country for the last nine years not the Labour Party. I would not call that hope, but stupidity.
