I took the 5/1 on offer a couple of weeks back for Spurs to be the first team to beat Liverpool. Now down to 9/5. I fancy Spurs to win this game. Liverpool have had all the luck going past two seasons since we gubbed them 4-1 at Wembley, Spurs should have won the return match that season, Kane missed a penalty at Anfield, last season Lamela had a nailed on penalty turned down at Wembley which would have made the score 2-2, then Lloris messed up late on in the return match to gift them the win. Then we had the saga of Mane delibertately thumping the ball against Sissoko in the 1st minute of the CL final to get a penalty.
Liverpool`s luck cannot last forever. Spurs have more than enough going forward to beat Liverpool.

It was Son who was fouled, not Lamela. But yes it was stonewall but to be fair we were battered the whole game.
No way are we beating Liverpool. They are miles ahead of us and are now proving to be winners. That is what I envy most, we are serial losers.

SAF couldn't get this lot to show up in a big game.... we are beyond help.... Book it now, it will be another inept big game performance where all of our flaws (of which there are many) will be ruthlessly exposed.... Too many to list

No one knows what to expect now that Spire have Jose. Jose has previously been known to park 3 triple decker buses against Klopp.
Just have to wait and see.

I can see Liverpool losing next 4 league games if there luck runs out.
The thought of their front 3 & FBs playing on the break against the Likes of Aurier, Jan @ LB, & Sanchez is the stuff of nightmares
Id sign for 3-0 loss now and save the energy/ injury risk. They have won the league and we are going nowhere.... Kinda pointless game. We need to start figuring out a way to beat teams like Chelsea & United, esp at Home and making sure we get max points against weaker teams...... Liverpool are on another level to us

West Ham and Bournemouth were both good, until the last 10 minutes of each game.
I don`t see other teams just saying it is a defeat when the come up against Liverpool. They have had loads of narrow one goal wins this season. They have only scored 11 more goals than Spurs, but have got 10 more wins, so they are hardly blowing sides away.
Spurs have more than enough going forward to really worry their back four. I am confident of getting something out of the match. Certainly am not going to hoist the white flag before a ball has been kick. Never have done, never will.
Maureen is petrified of Klopp.
He will shat his suit trousers and go with his 10 behind the ball, hoof tactics.
You lot will cotton on soon. He's a dinosaur spurs deserve better.
When Klopp was at Dortmund he was classed as the best in Germany and one of the best in Europe!..

Mourinho seems to just go for the low block vs us sit deep and nullify. No doubt Son and whoever else will be playing as fullbacks for the majority of the game. Hes taken points off us with a worse Utd team, Spurs have more threat on the counter so its likely. Positive is Spurs def and keeper havent looked great but pretty sure gazzaniga had game of his life vs us last time out? and the system will be different like i said very deep and a back 7 im expecting full focus on stopping our fullbacks.
