It should be decriminalised at the minimum.

Reports suggest that liberalisation of drug laws in Portugal - switching from criminalisation to adopting a public health approach - have been very successful. If only we had someone in our community who could share more direct knowledge of how this has been received within Portugal itself.

Minimum smoking age should be 21 years and no public smoking of course.

I think it should be legal, but THC levels should have a limit and always be balanced with CBD levels.
I know people who have psychosis from weed alone, it is an issue that needs to be considered when these topics arise.
Yes.
The war on drugs has been lost, time to cash in and control/tax.

It should be legal for health reasons only, not for people to smoke it for casual fun and stink up the atmosphere.
Yes. The government have ignored expert opinion for years in order to peddle the failing war on drugs. The Psychoactive Substances Act is probably the most recent blunder.
You'll just start getting cheaper, more dangerous stuff on the streets. So no.

drugs are and should be illegal because they are bad and anyone who takes them is a junkie spending are tax money on them the british publics intentions were clear in the election no more of are money to go to junkies
Yes. But there has to be a quality control as mentioned above.
Also, what I find is that people who say no it shouldn't are usually the same people who get drunk often on a much worse drug on a regular basis.

Proved completely untrue in countries that have legalised or decriminalised.
Colorado posted 1b in state revenue from legal marijuana earlier this year. I don’t even like smoking it myself but people who still think prohibition is the way need to wake up. It should be looked after similar to alcohol.

Part of my issue with the legalisation argument is that "more legalisation" is always portrayed as the answer, while you just end up with more and more problems.
It absolutely should be legal. Firstly we have cannabinoid receptors in our brains and if you're a religious person, then god cannot be wrong can he.
Should never have been banned in the first place. Obvious controls and measures need to be taken.
It has untold medical benefits and will also help regulate the market from potentially dangerous strains and mixes that are out there currently.

That's true but I really dont think anyone who wants to buy weed is put off by its current legal status. Instead they end up buying stuff possibly laced with God knows what else.
Absolute no brainer for me.
