I know people who have psychosis from weed alone, it is an issue that needs to be considered when these topics arise.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's true but I really dont think anyone who wants to buy weed is put off by its current legal status. Instead they end up buying stuff possibly laced with God knows what else.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is what I meant by having a max. THC level matched with CBD though.... It is the 20%+ THC / 1%- CBD strains that seem to be causing these mental health issues and having some level of protection should help the matter (it wont stop someone going mad on a bong, but the CBD can help a bit with that).

You'll just start getting cheaper, more dangerous stuff on the streets. So no.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Is there any evidence for this? I thought its been proven not to be the case in places where its been legalised.
The mad rush for things like Spice was because it was legal, not because it was cheap or strong.
Legal, regulated weed would bring a huge reduction in street sales.

It absolutely should be legal. Firstly we have cannabinoid receptors in our brains and if you're a religious person, then god cannot be wrong can he.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Our bodies also make dmt. But baby steps 😜
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It sure does, but if we legalising weed, might as well add mushy's and DMT to the list. 😉👍
An another note, never understood why meth is so much of a problem in the US and ice (meth again) is such a problem in Australia but it hasn’t even made a dent in England. Anyone have an idea?

It would make the world look a completely different place.
Should never have been made illegal in the first place. I drink a lot and I toke a lot. Only one of them has gotten me in repeated trouble and it isn't the chronic.
If they don't want to legalise it, fine. But ban booze as well.

It's catching on tbf. It's fvcking mental though, a sh!t crack.
Defintely but it needs to be done correctly. Of all the drugs I've done I still think weed is massively underrated in terms of it's effect and strength. I only smoke it now and then but sometimes I can be completely out of it for hours, where as with 'stronger' stuff I can have far better control.
I dont smoke weed these days as some/most these days of it is so strong.
Nice bit of hash very now and then alongside a glass of decent red is lovely though.
I am Dutch, it's been legal for me my whole life, it's weird to experience the illegality around it in other countries.
yes, lets starting using hemp aswell, its a brilliant plant.

Illegal spice is much worse than it ever was when it was legal too. Smells like someone smoking a Lego brick when you walk past them now.
Spice looks terrible.
Weed was banned due to the timber and cotton industries. Hemp is simply a better product.

No. Its anti social.

Where as Alcohol is social and causes fights all over the country most weekends. it also causes domestic violence. Smoking joints relaxes people
It should be legal but knowing our country we will probably over charge everyone.
In Barcelona they have private member smoking clubs. I am a member of one and it works really well. They price it well and it is affordable. I don;t reckon it would be here.
