It’s a moot point anyway. All the Labour leader contenders have been forced to sign up to them, so that’s that. I just think it sets a very dangerous precedent letting these outside bodies dictate Party policy, that’s all.

It all depends upon what they are.

If they are reasonable and they would be expected of a party who is supposed to represent a significant portion of the electorate regardless of creed, race, religion etc etc then they should be in place regardless and indeed not even be required to be asked for in the first place.
