Don't have anything to eat until after work around 4pm. I think today will be 3 fried eggs with salt and pepper, 3 Cumberland sausages and an avocado.

Salmon fillets, broccoli and asparagus later on.

Was doing well with the diet I'm on until last Friday when the pizza cravings got too strong. Wasn't worth it at all and felt a bit out of it over the weekend.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What diet is this? Do you eat in a 6 hour window and fast the rest of the day?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't have to do the 18/6 window (or any other variant) but have done that for so long now it's normal.

And keto is the diet I follow, whether you consider it a fad or not if you're prepared to stick to it the results can be pretty incredible.

Aldi's Cumberland and Lincolnshire sausages are boss and fit in perfectly.

Heard good things about that Keto diet.

You're allowed streaky bacon too aren't you? All the good fats.

A keto diet is pretty much no carbs right?

I did a keto diet for 6 weeks to support a friend who was advised to do it for health reasons.

It's def not easy but felt amazing on it: more energy, more alert.

Never been on a diet myself. Never needed to.

Eat what I want, don't put on weight

I love salad, chicken, veg, etc... Also love crisps and fatty stuff. Also beer. Lots of beer.

Agreed. Never even entertained the idea of a diet. Best diet out there is just being mobile and getting outdoors as much as possible.

Struggling to put on weight is just as bad.

Yeah the same, though I do appreciate it isn't that easy for some. Soon as the weather warms up the winter pounds fall straight off. Getting to that age though where something will go bang soon I suspect, mid forties just about.

Eat what you want, you’re going to die anyway.

That's one way of looking at it. 🤣

Suppose it's not worth it unless you require whinching through your bedroom window with a crane!

Well I don’t mean eat what you want without stopping.

I've played a lot of Plague Inc. If it does get worse, you have to flee to Greenland or Madagascar. Unfortunately it is a coin flip which one will shut their borders in time, but one of those b*stards will survive.

Not if it develops water resistant mutations quick enough. That's the key. Get it in through the ports.

Did anyone see that Outer Limits episode...

Basically (from what I remember) this plague has decimated the majority of the population - these 8/9 people sought refuge in a retirement home (or maybe a small hospital, I can’t remember) and they waited indoors until the food ran out. There were these 2 bullies there, think they were security guards and they stole the last 2 medical hazmat suits and left the others to rot. The suits though, had holes in them and the bullies ended up dying outside. The people left inside were like ‘fack it’ and just walked outside due to starvation and it turned out they were all naturally immune all along and lived happily ever after.

Great show and perhaps I just saved some lives with this survival guide..

That’s not counting the 4,000,000 tonnes of fish that China eat too young or small a year reported by Green peace in 2017.

They along with the yanks contribute most to global warming also - yet they show very little sign of changing their ways or attitudes.

And yet it is the common folk that have to change their ways to save the environment. I don't see Greta Thunberg jetting (oh the hypocrisy) into Beijing and Delhi protesting to them about how much damage they're doing to the environment. No, it's us that are the problem, we're the ones causing global warming.

Just watching a program where it said China are killing 100 million sharks a Yr for shark fin soup.. And have nearly destroyed the species and the wxo system of the sea.. Total caaaaants.. Fk off China
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes they certainly can. Sharks are integral to the ecosystem of the ocean. If they go large amounts of other Fish and sea creatures go with them. It's a travesty that in this day and age people are consuming such delicacies when the damage is irreparable should species become extinct. The oceanic blue tip and white tips are so important to coral reefs and the open ocean that without them huge populations will die off as a result. Luckily in the Bahamas all their oceans are off limits to shark fishing. It's allowed huge numbers of lemon and nurse sharks to flurrish. 👍
