its their money so the only dodgy thing was how they spent their own money.

Feel sorry for some of their fans but they have been punished for breaking rules. I dont know if they broke any premier league rules but if they have they need to be punished to uphold the integrity of the league.
Rumours that UEFA also considered making City play this years remaining games behind closed doors, but then realised it wouldn’t make a difference.
Can’t say I’m that surprised. Can’t get a proper verdict until cas have their day imo.
