Yes he plays for the badge but let's not get carried away with emotions now.

if he carries on banging in goals then makes sense, lets see how he gets on till end of the season
Process
No problem with him being here as a back up, impact striker, as long as he continues to play and stretch defenses as he has, he plays right up top and as Diafol mentioned earlier it allows more space for out Midfield
As first choice I'd need to see much more over a longer period but aye, I'd keep him if possible

I’m not. I just think he could be a decent 3rd/4th choice striker.
He's on 300k in China. We're paying him 100k while he's with us. He'll need to take a pay cut of he were to stay.

If it’s dream to play to play for United he’ll accept that. If he wants anything like 300k he can stay in China.

Lots of people were excited to sign Sanchez
He was one of the best players in the PL in recent years and just 6 months before had had a superb season with a shiiiitload of goals
No one could see just how far off a cliff his form would drop.
Sanchez really has to go down as our worst ever signing... Regardless of who signed him, who wanted him etc
Sadly there's not a chance Inter will make it permanent and with the uncertainty in China he'll not go there
Possibly pay up his contract and send him back to south America?
Sanchez will be the worst no fee transfer in PL history and one of the best paid transfers.
Quite a feat.
I think he is a good bargain/stop gap considering united don't have the pulling power they once did.
Recent big signings have largely been over priced and over paid because united's league position/cl situation.
Def some value in the signing and wants to play for the badge when most recent signings have just turned up for an inflated pay cheque
Thinking about it logically though it may not be a bad thing to sign him permanently.
===============
And it here it goes, he scores twice against a championship club and people think its wise to sign a player who isnt good enough for where we want too be.

He's a proven PL goalscorer.
Conversion rate better than any of your strikers, tell us again how he's not good enough.

He isnt good enough for a team looking to get back to the top he wasnt even good enough for watford towards the end of his stay

Pretty good record for a club that defend most of the time.
I think you're mental for calling him out as not being good enough after the start he's made and his previous success in the league for a smaller club but that's your prerogative.
Hes scored against club brugge and derby county.
lets hold the fireworks and champagne shall we.
When he signed it was met with mockery and this ‘how the mighty have fallen nonsense’.
-------------------
It was mocked by the media for clickbait and rival fans who don't have a clue what they were on about. The same lot are probably now saying what a great piece of business it was and how Spurs should have got him to cover Kane.
It was a loan deal as cover, if he aint good enough, then he leaves in the summer. If he performs really well, then I'm sure there is an opportunity to sign him permanently.
United couldn't really lose from it.
How the mighty have fallen
I still think we should be targeting a more longer term solution up top in the summer. Keeping in line with our current recruitment strategy under Ole.
