Spare a thought for the bogshites, I’m sure they’ll be wishing us well
Going to be a weird game this and hard to predict now how the sides will react to the empty ground. If we come away with a score draw it would be a very good result and put us in a strong position.
Will be a strange watch for sure with an empty stadium and it needs more than ever for the players to self motivate. In theory that’s a formality but I do believe players are motivated by crowd reaction. Watched part of a German league game on tv last night with an empty stadium and a decent game felt pretty unexciting and lacking in emotion with no atmosphere
Still some speculation that tonight’s Europa League games will be postponed. The Spanish have now called off all games for the next fortnight and UEFA are expected to follow suit soon and maybe even immediately
Can't see them cancelling at this late stage and I think initially UEFA had hoped to get this round out of the way completely.
The government had an emergency meeting this morning and have announced they will be stepping up on some prevention actions. But surprisingly made no mention of suspending sporting events so for the time being it looks like in England that for football the show will go on
Plans now emerging for new plans for the stadium development which will be a joint venture with the council and will include other facilities on the wider site including a hotel. Proposals are being sought from developers and they will result in Molineux having an increased capacity of at least 45,000 and maybe as much as 55,000
Three Leicester City players have been isolated after showing symptoms of coronavirus.

No comments from Mark Lawrenson?
They should do the stadium right now given footy is likely done very soon for the foreseeable future
These will be the last games to be played this season. UEFA will announce a complete shutdown of football until at least the Autumn.
Wolves win nothing. Liverpool win nothing. Villa stay up.
West Brom stay down
Every cloud
UEFA have confirmed there will be a meeting with all stakeholders next Tuesday to agree a plan for their various competitions
Don't see what outcome there can be other than to suspend competition. Juventus can't play, the other Italian sides games already postponed, others can't keep playing til others have caught up.
A summer tournament on the cards which could be fun
And to think we all thought armageddon would come in the form of a nuclear apocalypse, not a nasty bout of flu. Strange days are these.
I can't believe what a lot of ballox is being spouted just because a few Chinese people have caught a nasty cold.
A cruise ship from Italy docked in Palma, Mallorca this morning and 3,000 passengers were allowed to disembark to have a look around the capital. Meanwhile the moron Trump has banned all flights from Europe except from the UK!!
I tell you it's a crazy world that we live in!

Just seen on the news that Palma has been quarentined with immediate effect after a cruise ship docked and let off 100s of infected passengers.
To be honest gem I think you are being incredibly naive if you think all this is because a few people have caught a cold
Boris just announcing that a ban on large gatherings is likely in the future it is not necessary to do so yet. So football will continue in England at the moment
At this point a global depression is inevitable.
My advice is to load up on bullion and bullets.

Incredibly naive or realistic and pragmatic. This virus will not kill as many people worldwide as flu does every winter.
Here's a bit of realism for you:
βοΈ 82,000 People are sick with Coronavirus at the moment, of which 77,000 are in China.
This means that if you are not in or haven't recently visited China, this should eliminate 94% of your concern.
π§ͺ If you do contract Coronavirus, this still is not a cause for panic because:
81% of the Cases are MILD
14% of the Cases are MODERATE
Only 5% of the Cases are CRITICAL
π Which means that even if you do get the virus, you are most likely to recover from it.
π Some have said, “but this is worse than SARS!”. SARS had a fatality rate of 10% while COVID-19 has a fatality rate of 3.4%
π Moreover, looking at the ages of those who are dying of this virus, the death rate for the people UNDER 50 years of age is only 0.2%
π° This means that if you are under 50 years of age and don't live in China - you are more likely to win the lottery (which has a 1 in 45,000,000 chance)
π Let’s take one of the worst days so far, the 10th of February, when 108 people in CHINA died of Coronavirus.
πΊ On the same day:
π 26,283 people died of Cancer
π 24,641 people died of Heart Disease
π 4,300 people died of Diabetes
π Suicide took 28 times more lives than the virus did.
π¦ Mosquitoes kill 2,740 people every day,
π¨ HUMANS kill 1,300 fellow humans every day,
π Snakes kill 137 people every day,
π¦ Sharks kill 2 people a year.
π¨ Let’s carry on with our lives and not listen to BS that’s posted on social media making everyone buy up stuff for no reason.
π Moreover, looking at the ages of those who are dying of this virus, the death rate for the people UNDER 50 years of age is only 0.2%

fook the under 50s, what about 71 yr old diabetics ?
Just read the comments on the preview about LiverpooI fans with which I concur completely. Most of their deluded FB nkobs have never been inside the bloody ground.
I was in Liverpool last night at a conference dinner at that big conservatory in Stanley Park, stone's throw from Anfield. Perfect night to have it there clearly (organiser's claimed they booked it two years ago). The extra time was a blessing as it allowed the group I was with to scarper back towards our hotel after the sticky toffee pud with 10 mins still to go in the match. Went for a few drinks in the city after and was quite surprised by the relatively buoyant atmosphere, the tourist Liverpool fans were getting on well with their Spanish friends. I guess we'll start attracting some plastic yam yams before long.
