Don't get me wrong even despite the fact he was more of an all-round striker and even in most of them seasons under mourinho we'd win 1-0 or 2-1 i still think Drogba should of got 20+ a season more often
And i'm not saying i think Drogba was better than them people, but do think people under value his goal record a bit because they forget he rarely took penalties
I would be interested in comparing his record to others excluding penalties, but don't know how to find that information.

For every game he scored in a final, he wasn't as prolific against worse teams, and you have to take that into account.
He was the modern striker. Not the most prolific. Other than that two years he's goal record wasn't great but in a side that got goals from all over, he didn't have to need to be. Big game player as well. Greatest in the PL? Not for me. Shearer, Kun, Henry, Ruud, are some of the strikers I'd have above him.
The lad was class that's for sure.

He’s a quality striker mate end of story, no 2 ways about it. A winner that has helped Chelsea win countless trophies with important goals. That’s what class does and Drogba was class.
Yes he can be considered among the best in the prem. One of my favourites.
Drogba on his game was better than most of the top strikers in the premier league. He had everything. He’s probably not on the level of Henry etc, but he’s still one of the best prem strikers ever.
