Stick it in the dossier...
stick what in the dossier?
what embassy and what tinfoil hat? what are you talking about?
The players lack of theatrical reaction swayed me into thinking it wasn't bad at the time. It does look intentional, two match ban, fair enough.
Sorry. Just talking about masonic stuff which you wouldn't understand.
careful baader. apparently thinking it was intentional means you are compiling a dossier to take to the embassy while wearing a tin foil hat.
do mason's smoke embassy? Is that what you are getting at?
There was an interesting piece with Dermot Gallagher on Sky Sports this morning. He praised Brines for not taking action, as if he did not get a great view of it and ended up booking him it means no further action can be taken. He said alot of refs now in such incidents are encouraged to take no action if they are in doubt, as if they do nothing an appeals panel can meet and watch it several times and make the correct decision. If a player is only booked, he can be punished no further. If the ref sends him off and gets it wrong, that ref will be slated.
Maybe the decision not to send Naismith off is a consequence of the ridiculous scrutiny our referees have been under by some of late that they would prefer not to risk action and allow tv evidence to make a retrospective and more accurate decision.
Full strength camel for me
Hire the detectives. Dempsey and makepeace are available.
2 match ban,fair enough.
Still can see his first goal going in against the celts. Is that why the bhoys are so glad to see him banned, perhaps.
Sudden outbreak of sporting fair play hits hooped hordes.
Here here smid ger and who would want to put pressure on refs.
I remember watching the blonde girl in Dempsey and Makepeace when I was going through puberty. She was a fine looking girl. Bet she's let herself go a bit now.
Smid - good points But perhaps looking straight at the incident with a clear and unobstructed view is the new 'did not get a great view' who knows. Hardly seems worthwhile having a ref if he is afraid to make the big decisions.
Smid - interestingly u could say this scrutinity the refs are under has came from certain teams

Re.tv evidence,we all know the BBC stands for "better be celtic".
Carlsberg don't do paranoia.............
Apparently Dempsey and Makepeace are working on a case involving Joe Ledley and some 'Chelsea' fans.
Possibly mate but bear in mind he is seeing it in real time and watching the ball first and foremost. He possibly only sees the end of it and Naismith apologising then the player getting up. It showed you him looking straight at Thomson sumo wrestling Bocanegra but he took no action at that either.
Its easy looking at something over and over in slow motion when you know what you are watching for, in real time its a different matter. Unless he can say with 100% accuracy Naismith has deliberately elbowed the player he cant take action at the time.
It wasn't, it was Scottish Swansea fans...
Get your facts right, Seven...
Did someone not say they were going "to war"with officials?
Poisoned atmosphere and refs running scared, results.
It's like last season all over again.
Smid - He shouldn't be watching the ball. He clearly has an unobstructed view from the video. Naismith apologising? You can believe is is genuine if you wish. Didn't see much else in the video replay apart from Jelavic (i think) pushing his opponent away. What is clear though is it is deliberate and the ref had no excuses for not seeing it. But a two match ban is fair imho.
Yes, the same man that wanted his players to get in the faces of the refs...
Brilliant example to set
