Firmino has Salah and Mane either side providing for him and still can't score goals. So best service, worst goal record. Is he therefore in fact the WORST striker in the world? It's almost impossible to argue otherwise.

I'm not suggesting they should be in the top 10 list, but both Rashy and Martial are better than Immobile and Lukaku. They are quite literally why Lukaku was sold after being told he wouldn't be deployed as often and in his traditional #9 role.

Secondly, Cristiano is having an off-season by his dizzying standards. He has had flashes, but took a short while to get doing. The guy is also 34.
Last season, Serie A's top scorer was Quagliarella, who I love, but is a dinosaur and was not close to top 10. I don't think Serie A goals scored is a great foundation for the best/top 10 striker in the world.
Look at Immobile's international record, by comparison.

You can't compare Quaglierella's goalscoring record with Immobile's. Immobile has been consistently prolific in the Italian League. His last 5 full seasons in Italy he has (in all comps) 23, 26, 41, 19, 30. Quaglieralla has some good seasons and some barely double figures seasons.

I think it's ludicrious to think Rashford and Martial, who've only started playing as strikers this season, are better strikers than Belgium's record goalscorer, prolific in three different leagues with over 100 premier league goals
Rashford and Martial have a lot to prove before they can be compared with Lukaku as a striker.
Interesting fact, Martial and Rashford haven't even scored 50 Premier League goals. Lukaku has 50+ international goals and had scored 50 Premier League goals by the time he was 22.
