I just walk around my local “open space” for about 45 minutes as soon as it gets light every morning.
Usually just a handful of dog walkers at that time.
Anyone else noticed there’s a LOT more joggers out these days?!
Got up at 7.45 today and did a 5k run round the park. Then after I’d finished I did some high intensity work and press-ups on the grass.
Now that the weather is warming I’m gonna try and do the above four or five times a week. On rest days I’ll just walk round the park.
Chasing the kids and doing all chores in the house

Day 17 and I’m trying to convince myself to go for my first run.
Been pottering about and doing a bit of exercise indoors. But I think it’s time or I will be the size of a house
Usually do 12-14000 steps a day which keeps the excess timber off but my body is missing all that mobility
Maybe I’ll go tomorrow instead
Running about 5 miles a day on average. Tough in the heat but nothing better than running in the countryside.

And cyclists. I am sure people are cheating the advice as well . I strained my achilles recently (old injury) so just gardening and household stuff atm.

What happens to people that need to walk their dogs twice a day and live alone?

Just do it I suppose.
Take my dog for a walk and park as far away as I can in my work car park when I'm working.
To be honest, if it wasn't for the virus, it's much more pleasant going for a walk now than it used to be!

I see groups of mainly young guys loitering in groups in the park. It’s really annoying to see that when the front line NHS staff are pleading with us to respect the government’s social distancing rules.
Grassed a group up to a couple of police guys who were patrolling the park the other day

Seen groups of kids playing football, pretty convinced they are not all from the same family!
fack all apart from an hour dog walk everyday
I normally hit the gym 5-6 times a week for a 90 min walk so this dog walking shiiiiit just ain't cutting it
Mot to mention i'm BBQ'ing most days and drinking like a fish
Also are there any cyclists here?
I’m thinking of buying a bike and getting into cycling. Not gonna cycle to work when the lockdown is lifted and don’t plan mountain biking etc. Just want one for roads and parks really
Any idea of an appropriate amount to spend ?
Get on a Boris bike Palmers, loads of them around.
