Not for me dude. It was between him, Varane & Umtiti for the spot next to Ramos.

Good little player but he’s only really been at the top for 1-and-a-half seasons.

He’s also not proven himself at a major international tournament, which is an acid test in my book when it comes to judging players - because it’s the most pressure and most prestige.

Varane has won the World Cup, 4 CLs and 2 La Ligas at the age of 26.
