Indeed, they were top 2 this time last season & for most of the season and Villa were 4 pts from the play offs
Why would you even want a title handed to you, without mathematically winning it anyway? You'ed never hear the end of it from opposition fans.

I'd take never hearing the end of it but having a PL title over never hearing the end of it and having no PL title, which is what's going to happen if the season is voided.
I'd like them to be gifted the title.
At least then it'll be the league title Liverpool didn't actually win, but they were given because the league couldn't continue. It'll always be tainted in my opinion.
