Math no offence but just because something is on twitter does not mean it is true.
Actually twitter is best described in the first 4 letters of its title.

The only person I’d trust regarding transfers on Twitter is Jim Cocklord
Matt has taken over from Arab with twitter rumours
Great player if we sign him. A bullet dodged if we don't sign him. I have never seen The England International play.
How amazing would it be if a kid originally from City's academy joined United and took them back to the top.
I'm currently banned from Twitter, no great loss as its got a good sized amount of roasters spouting nonsense for the most part.
Who knows what's happening with Sancho other than his club, him and any other club chatting with Dortmund

Theyll still finish above you next season.
If their Euro ban is enforced I reckon another domestic treble will be a near certainty
Not so sure Irish.
That City team are not what they were and are staring to age a bit.
I think we will be a lot closer if they don’t splash the cash in the summer wisely.
They didn’t really cause us any problems this season.

I’d be very surprised if City aren’t at least challenging for the title next season.
City are on the way down. Guardiola doesn't care to rebuild since he'll leave soon anyway. In next few years, either Liverpool dominate or United/Chelsea catch them.
They are not as good as they were but their luck really hasn’t been in this season.
I know stats don’t paint the full picture but I think they are top of most team stats other than goals conceded and obviously wins and points.
They are still a really good team and even with no signings I would suspect they will get a lot more points next season.
Look at the bigger picture though. Guardiola won't stay more than another year. Aguero, Silva, Fernandinho old. De Bruyne and Sterling not committed due to CL ban. Laporte injury prone. This team needs to be rebuilt by a new manager.
Also good points. No harm to see them go backwards.
It will be interesting to see who can afford to buy him now or what kind of fee Dortmund may now be willing to accept

It looks like we are the only capable of paying anything like that fee.

City surely could, Chelsea too.
Both have needs in positions Sancho can play in too.
I do think United seems most likely though.
