In Scotland, charges carrying sentences of less than two years have been held by a sherrif with no jury for years. Ir works very well. It's certainly not undemocratic.

At no stage have I smeared anyone. I stated facts, that 2 of the 3 founders of BLM are trained marxists and that this is why I believe people have a problem with BLM as a political entity not that black lives do not matter.
